MBS系列壓帶式磨邊倒角機，適用于陶瓷釉面磚、拋光磚的磨邊和倒角加工，有效消除磚坯的“大小頭”、“波浪邊”、微量崩邊等缺陷，提高瓷磚產品附加值。尤其適用于對內墻磚進行精細磨邊加工，對角線誤差可控制在0.3mm以內。
MBS系列壓帶式磨邊倒角機利用上壓帶和輸送帶之間的壓緊力確保磚坯輸送平穩，磨削加工精度高、產量大。本機具有整機性能優越、整機操作方便、故障率低等特點。
MBS series pressing belt type squaring and chamfering machine is fit for squaring and chamfering the ceramic glazed and polishing tiles, could improve the additional value of ceramic tiles product and effectively remove the defects of “Deviation between two paralleled sides”, “wave sides” and tiny cracked sides, especially suit for fine squaring the inner wall tiles, and the “Diagonal tolerance” could be controlled within 0.3mm.
MBS series pressing belt type squaring and chamfering machine could adopt the pressing power between the upper pressing belts and conveyor belts to maintain the green tiles stably and even pressure during transported and cut, high squaring quality and large capacity. The machine also has the advantage of good performance, easy operation and low failure rate.
