TG SERIES SHAVE TYPE CALIBRATING MACHINE

        剃刮定厚機是由傳統刮平機和擺動及滑動裝置組成，利用剃刮原理，采用高速旋轉的金剛石滾筒對瓷磚進行縱向剛性和橫向往復銑刮，每組刮刀獨立擺動，實現定量精刮和去刮痕，達到粗拋60目以上的效果，從而提高瓷磚的拋光產量與質量，降低加工成本。
Shave type calibrating machine consists of traditional calibrating machine, swing and sliding device. Adopting the principle of shaving, the machine milling and scrapes rigidly in lengthways and move back and forth in breadthways with high speed rotated diamond roller. Each group of rollers swing separately, so it can achieve scraping in a settled quantity and removing the scratch, reach the effect of above 60 meshes as rough polishing, so that increasing the polishing output and quality and decreasing the processing cost.
