◆ 采用模塊化設計，整線可分為上磚、裹包、捆扎、碼垛等模塊，瓷磚生產廠家可根據自身的生產條件與需要，對包裝線進行“DIY”，合理優化配置模塊，使生產效益最大化
◆ 特有左右兩邊上磚結構，實現“無間斷上磚”，避免因瓷磚補充造成停機，確保包裝線的速度和產量
◆ 在國內同類產品中唯一采用“一打一備”的打帶方式，使捆扎機微小故障或更換打包帶時實現不停機運作
◆ 用于600×600mm或800×800mm規格的拋光磚、仿古磚等瓷磚的包裝，適合塑料包角及泡沫包裝的紙箱折疊包裝方式
◆ 工位之間的傳送采用同步帶或鏈傳動方式，傳輸速度快、定位準確
◆ 采用觸摸屏的人機界面，實時監控每個模塊的運行動作，能直觀地對包裝線進行操作、調整及維護
◆ 降低勞動成本，減少勞動強度，提高生產效率

Characteristics
◆ Design with modules, including tile-inputting, paper-enfolding, wrapping, piling with pallets etc. It can be customized / DIY as per the working environment and requests. To utilize every module and reach the maximum productivity.
◆ Input the tiles from left or right in high efficiency. If one side lacks tiles, it can input tiles from the other side. Assure non-stop input.
◆ “One belt moving, the other belt standby” This invention is uniquely applied in domestic market. It assures non-stop packing even when one belt fails or replaced. 
◆ Suitable for polished tiles or glazed ones with 600×600mm or 800×800mm. Suitable for plastic folders and foam when enfolding the papers.
◆ Conveying belts or chains between modules at high speed and accuracy.
◆ Man and machine interface by touch screen. Examine each module in real time. Easy to operate, adjust and maintain.
◆ Lower the labor cost, increase the productivity.
